US Carrier Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship our items via UPS or USPS throughout the continental United States. We offer free shipping on all orders $150.00 or more for all domestic orders. 

For orders under $150.00, we offer Standard Ground shipping for a flat fee of $8.99.  We also offer 1-2 Day Express shipping for a fee of $19.00. For subscription products, we offer free shipping to US customers only.

Orders requesting Express shipping are shipped on the same business day if received by 9:00 am PST / 12:00 pm EST Monday through Friday. Orders received after 9:00am PST / 12:00 pm EST Monday through Friday will be shipped on the following business day.

Orders for standard ground shipping will be processed within 2 business days and shipped via UPS or USPS.

 

US Carrier Return Policy

Domestic Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns M-F 8 am to 3 pm PST  of the product's delivery and only items that have been damaged during delivery or a malfunctioning product. Please follow the steps below to ensure the timely processing of your return:

and explain why you wish to return the product.

1. If your item has been approved for return, please enclose the invoice in the item’s original package and mail the item to:

1. Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will process your exchange or give store credit within 7-10 business days. Return credit does not include the original shipping charges.

Returned items must be in new condition in their original packaging. Items that have been opened or that indicate use will not be accepted for return.

Any clearance items purchased are non-returnable and non-refundable. We are not liable for return shipping costs nor lost packages without tracking nor are we liable for exchanges or returns sent without a return invoice enclosed. Please make note of the tracking number on the return label and keep it for your records.
